ESIGN ACT CONSENT TO ELECTRONIC RECORDS AND SIGNATURES

Pursuant to the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (15 U.S.C. Â§ 7001 et seq.)

1. SCOPE OF CONSENT
By checking the consent box or clicking "I Agree" during account registration or checkout on vanguardconsultingsolutions.us or vanguarddrawingintelligence.us (each, a "Platform," collectively the "Platforms"), you agree to receive all communications, notices, agreements, disclosures, and other records from Vanguard Consulting Solutions LLC electronically ("Electronic Records") and to use electronic signatures in connection with your use of our Services.

2. TYPES OF ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
Electronic Records may include, but are not limited to:
- Account creation confirmations and updates
- Subscription and billing agreements
- Invoices and payment receipts
- Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other legal agreements
- Service announcements and support communications

3. HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS
To access and retain Electronic Records, you will need:
- A device with internet access (computer, tablet, or smartphone)
- A current web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge â€” recent versions)
- A valid email address capable of receiving messages
- Software capable of opening PDF files (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Reader)
- Sufficient storage to save or print Electronic Records

4. RIGHT TO WITHDRAW CONSENT
You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us. For VCS Platform matters, contact [email protected]. For VDI Platform matters, contact [email protected]. Withdrawal may affect your ability to use certain features. It does not affect the validity of Electronic Records previously provided.

5. REQUESTING PAPER COPIES
You may request a paper copy of any Electronic Record by contacting [email protected] (VCS Platform) or [email protected] (VDI Platform). We reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee for paper copies.

6. UPDATING YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION
It is your responsibility to keep your email address current in your account settings. We are not responsible for failed delivery due to outdated contact information.

7. FEDERAL AND STATE LAW
This consent is provided pursuant to the E-SIGN Act and the Texas Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (Tex. Bus. & Com. Code Â§ 322.001 et seq.).

8. CONFIRMATION OF CONSENT
By proceeding with registration or checkout, you confirm that: (a) you have read and understand this consent; (b) your device meets the requirements above; (c) you consent to receive Electronic Records and use electronic signatures.
